At Cali Raised LED, we stand behind the quality of our premium apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and eligible for processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
